The Lewis & Clark Certified Development Council is a private non-profit corporation that is licensed to administer and facilitate the SBA 504 loan program. An SBA 504 Loan provides businesses with fixed rate financing for the purchase of long-term fixed assets. Proceeds can be used for the purchase of land, building and equipment as well as to finance eligible closing costs.
The 504 loan, or debenture, is made in conjunction with the borrower’s local financial institution, which provides a first mortgage for up to 50% of the project cost. Contact Us Today!
